On November 15th, 3# Sinter machine off-gas desulphurization and denitrification project under taken by HUATIAN in San Bao Steel in Fujian put into operation was put into smooth operation and the emission indexes all meet the guaranteed values in design. This is another success in ultra-low emission technology in sinter machine off-gas desulphurization and denitrification achieved by HUATIAN, which will highlight HUATIAN’s brand image of “Green tomorrow created by HUATIAN”.
The sinter machine for 3# sinter production line is 320㎡ in scale. An off-gas treatment technology composed of desulphurization by circulating fluidized bed (CFB) and SCR denitrification process is adopted. The characteristics of this technology are the following: high efficiency for desulphurization and denitrification, good adaptability to variation of pollutant concentration in sinter machine off-gas, high temperature of tail gas, white elimination not required, less emission of by-product of desulphurization, low consumption of water, no secondary pollution, reliable and proven system.
