On January 7, MCC Huatian won the bid for the EPC General Contract Project of Flue Gas Desulfurization, Denitrification and Ultra-Low Emission Project of newly-built C# Sintering Machine in Masteel Iron Works (North District). This was the second cooperation with Masteel after the General Contract Project of AB Unit Desulfurization and Denitrification was put into operation, which reflected MCC Huatian's leading technical strength and market position in the field of sintering flue gas CFB desulfurization +SCR denitrification process.

Masteel Iron-making General Factory (North District) newly built a 360 ㎡ C# sintering machine. In order to meet the latest environmental protection requirements, a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) desulfurization and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration device should be built for flue gas treatment in the EPC General Contract Project of Flue Gas Desulfurization, Denitrification and Ultra-Low Emission Project of newly-built C# Sintering Machine in Masteel Iron Works. The design emission indicators are as follows: sulfur dioxide ≤ 35 mg/Nm³ (dry standard, 16%O₂), NOx ≤ 50 mg/Nm³ (dry standard, 16%O₂), particulate matter ≤ 10 mg/Nm³ (dry standard, 16%O₂), NHЗ ≤ 3 ppm.
